Replacement glazing
Replacing an older lantern can improve the appearance of a room and remove bulky sightlines. The existing roof and kerb must be inspected rather than assuming a frame-only swap.

When should a rooflight be ordered?
Final manufacture should wait until the responsible person can approve accurate dimensions, but the product and measuring method should be selected before the kerb is built.
How large should a rooflight be for an extension?
There is no universal size. Consider room depth, orientation, ceiling height, roof structure, appearance and Building Regulations. A balanced design is usually more important than simply choosing the largest glass area.
Can you quote from architectural drawings?
Yes, drawings can support an initial quotation. Final sizes and specifications must still be checked and approved before a made-to-measure order enters manufacture.
